Job summary

Nestlé is seeking a First Line Manager at the Panjang Factory in Lampung, Indonesia. You will lead frontline manufacturing operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production, while driving performance, resource planning, and continuous improvement.

Collaborating with Engineering, Quality, SHE, HR, and Supply Chain, you will develop people, manage productivity, and uphold TPM, Lean, and NCE standards to deliver operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Food Technology, Chemical Engineering or Industrial Engineering) required.
• At least 3 years in manufacturing, preferably FMCG/food & beverage.
• Experience leading production teams and developing people.
• Strong written and spoken English with excellent stakeholder communication.
• Familiarity with TPM, Lean, NCE, HACCP, QMS and manufacturing KPIs is desirable.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement and deliver operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontline manufacturing operations to ensure safe, efficient production.
• Monitor and optimize line performance and productivity targets.
• Develop people capabilities and coach workforce for performance.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, SHE, HR and Supply Chain.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using TPM and Lean tools.
• Ensure safety, quality and compliance across production.
