Job summary

PT Minda ASEAN automotive is seeking a Production Assistant Supervisor to oversee the Assembly Line operations and lead the production team in a automotive manufacturing setting. The role requires a Diploma in industrial engineering and minimum 3 years of relevant experience with strong planning and communication skills.

The candidate should be proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia and familiar with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001.

Qualifications

• Diploma in industrial engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as Assistant Supervisor Production in automotive manufacturing.
• Proven experience on assembly line operations.
• Experience in manpower planning, lead time, and material planning.
• Good communication in Bahasa and English.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001.

Responsibilities

• Handle all activities in Production Assembly Line.
• Supervise production team members (Operator, Group Leader, Line Leader) and ensure they follow WG instructions and SOP.
• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Coordinate and monitor production activities to ensure efficient workflow and on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with production engineering to identify and resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with supply chain and procurement to secure necessary materials for production.
• Monitor production activities and adjust schedules to meet changing demands.
• Liaise with procurement and quality control to ensure seamless integration of production activities.

Collaborate with the production engineering team to identify and resolve operational issues, implementing corrective actions as needed

Collaborate with supply chain and procurement teams to secure necessary materials for production.

Monitor production activities and adjust schedules as necessary to meet changing demands.

Liaise with other departments, such as procurement and quality control, to ensure seamless integration of production activities
