Job summary

PT Minda ASEAN automotive seeks a seasoned Marketing professional with automotive manufacturing expertise to drive strategic initiatives and customer engagement in Indonesia. The role targets sourcing orders from Tier 1 and OEM clients for four-wheeler programs, managing RFQs, budgets, and maintaining strong supplier-customer relationships.

Fluency in English is required. Candidates should have a Bachelor degree and at least five years in marketing within automotive manufacturing, able to liaise

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in any major.
• Minimum 5 years experience in marketing automotive manufacturing as Supervisor/Assistant Manager Marketing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience handling 4 wheels customers.
• Good relationship with Tier 1 and OEM for 4 wheels.
• Fluent in English (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to source orders from Tier-1 and OEM automotive customers.
• Handle and generate new RFQ from customers.
• Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to source orders from customers.
• Act as the primary point of contact for Tier-1 and OEM customers, addressing inquiries and negotiating terms.
• Manage budget-related activities.
• Maintain good relationships with customers.
• Experience handling 4-wheel segment customers.
