Job summary

PT Mark Dynamics Indonesia Tbk is expanding its production capacity in Medan Star Industrial Estate, Tanjung Morawa, North Sumatra. The company seeks an Assistant Manager of Production to lead the department, achieve targets, and ensure quality, safety, and efficiency across the production process.

The ideal candidate will have a D3 in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or related field, with at least 5 years in a senior supervisory role within manufacturing, and a proven ability to manage

Qualifications

• Minimum D3 education in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other MIPA fields, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing company
• At least 5 years in a senior Supervisor position or equivalent position
• Assist production manager in achieving production targets
• Oversee daily production activities
• Organize and control manpower in the production area
• Monitor productivity, quality, reject, and waste
• Ensure production SOPs are executed correctly
• Monitor downtime and machine condition and coordinate with maintenance
• Ensure implementation of occupational safety and 5S/5R

Responsibilities

• Lead and control all activities in the department
• Ensure production targets are achieved in terms of quantity, quality, cost, and delivery time
• Guarantee the availability of materials, machinery, labor, and production support facilities
• Set KPIs for each Supervisor and conduct periodic evaluation of their achievement
• Control production and implement efficiency improvement programs
• Reduce reject, waste, downtime, production delays, and customer complaints
• Ensure consistent product quality and compliance with customer specifications and standards
• Develop production capacity based on sales needs and company growth
• Ensure preventive maintenance and machine repairs are carried out effectively
• Guarantee compliance with labor regulations, environmental, occupational safety, and industrial licensing requirements

Key responsibilities

Lead and control all activities in the department

Ensure production targets are achieved in terms of quantity, quality, cost, and delivery time

Guarantee the availability of materials, machinery, labor, and production support facilities

About you
