Job summary

PT Minda ASEAN automotive (PTMA) is seeking a Store/Warehouse (Raw Material) Assistant Supervisor in West Java. The role focuses on supervising warehouse activities, stock accuracy, and SAP-based processes to support timely production and delivery.

The candidate should have a D3 or equivalent in Economics/Management, strong leadership and communication skills, and experience with SAP, Kanban, and warehouse management. English is preferred for coordination with teams and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3 or equivalent in Economics/Management.
• Experience in store/warehouse supervision preferred.
• Proficient in SAP, Kanban and warehouse management processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate stock takes and prepare reports for accounting.
• Monitor stock levels and notify parties of shortages or excesses for delivery adjustments.
• Layout/re-layout the store/warehouse.
• Prepare daily urgent parts reports and follow up with concerned departments.
• Ensure all transactions follow required systems and procedures.
• Ensure part movement follows FIFO.
• Prepare and submit monthly data.
• Maintain SAP procedures.
• Issue and control consumables and stationery.
• Send materials to third parties and maintain third party ledger.

Job Description :

To coordinate and do stock taking, make report and submission to accounting dept.

To monitor stock level and inform to concerned parties and shortage or excess for delivery adjustment

To make layout or re-layout of the store / warehouse

To make daily report of urgent parts and follow up to concerned dept.

To ensure all transactions is following the required system and procedure

To ensure part movement is following FIFO

To make Six in One report and ensure concerned dept. sign and submit to accounting dept.

To ensure all parts in store is identified and marked properly

To send material to third party and maintain third party ledger

To issue and control consumable and stationery

To ensure all SAP procedure is followed

To prepare and submit monthly data
