Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is hiring a Production Manager in West Java to oversee and optimize manufacturing operations from our Cikarang Pusat site. The role focuses on injection molding, blow molding, and assembly processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance with quality standards.

You will plan, organize, and supervise production activities, develop plans aligned with targets, and drive continuous improvement across production lines while coordinating with R&D, Maintenance, QA, and Supply Chain teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in plastic manufacturing preferred.
• Knowledge of injection molding, blow molding and assembly machines.
• Experience with ERP/MRP and production planning tools.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949 or equivalent.
• Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S and continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and supervise production in injection molding, blow molding and assembly areas.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production plans.
• Ensure production meets quality, quantity and time standards.
• Oversee machinery, equipment and materials for efficiency.
• Implement quality control systems at all stages of production.
• Identify and resolve technical and non-technical production issues.
• Develop and train the production team to improve skills and productivity.
• Maintain compliance with safety (K3) and environmental policies.
• Coordinate with R&D, Maintenance, QA and Supply Chain.
• Prepare production reports and efficiency analyses for continuous improvement.
• Willing to work with high targets in a dynamic environment.

Qualification
