Job summary

allnex is seeking a Production Administrator to join the Surabaya production team, handling day-to-day administration, documentation, and cross-team coordination. You will manage procurement-related tasks, employee records, travel arrangements, and inventory, ensuring accurate records and smooth operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role offers opportunities to collaborate with multiple functions, gain experience in ERP systems, and contribute to 5S and documentation

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Familiar with SAP or ERP systems.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Strong understanding of business correspondence and administrative documentation.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day production administration and documentation in SAP/ARIBA.
• Coordinate PRs and WRs for the Surabaya site.
• Maintain overtime records for Production and Warehouse teams.
• Prepare monthly overtime and annual leave summaries.
• Maintain employee data in SuccessFactors Explore.
• Arrange visas, accommodation, meals, transport and meeting rooms for visitors/travelers with support from cleaning service.
• Support 5S activities to keep Production area orderly.
• Maintain stocks of office and operational supplies.
• Coordinate maintenance of Production Laboratory equipment with the Team Leader and Technician.
