Job summary

UA Materials Sdn Bhd is seeking a capable Production/Warehouse Administrator to manage day-to-day production and warehouse orders at our Batam facility. You will prepare and update production and inventory records, collaborate with Production, Warehouse, and Supply Chain teams, and help maintain accurate stock levels.

The role requires attention to detail, strong documentation skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Experience in production or warehouse administration is preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office; especially Excel and Word.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Handle and maintain daily production and warehouse-related job orders.
• Prepare, update, and maintain production and inventory records accurately.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Monitor issuance and usage of raw materials for production.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for raw material receiving, storage, transfer, and return.
• Print and label barcodes for raw materials and ensure proper identification.
• Ensure raw materials are returned and stored in correct designated locations.
• Assist in monitoring inventory levels and maintaining accurate stock records.
• Prepare and maintain records for incoming materials, including supplier deliveries and receiving documents.
• Coordinate with relevant departments regarding discrepancies in material quantity or quality.
