Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above; finance, marketing, or economy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Comply with daily management and quality regulations; participate in trainings and meetings; use activity management tools.
• Coordinate with branch bank personnel and promote sales to achieve targets.
• Train bank staff on insurance demand planning, sales skills, product knowledge and compliance.
• Handle document distribution, security services, and support after-sales tasks including claims.
• Report violations or potential risks and propose timely corrections or improvements.
• Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors; follow regulator and company rules.
• Adhere to national laws, corporate ethics, and compliance regulations.
• Maintain risk awareness and integrity; avoid false financial notes.
• Follow company processes and regional/global rules.
