Astro Technologies Indonesia membuka lowongan Admin Operasional untuk menangani pemrosesan PO harian dan koordinasi antar tim terkait pembelian di wilayah Jakarta Barat.

Peran ini menuntut kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, organisasi yang rapi, dan kemampuan beradaptasi di lingkungan dinamis dengan model kerja hybrid. Posisi bersifat kontrak dengan fokus pada efisiensi proses PO dan kolaborasi lintas fungsi.

Qualifications

• Lulusan S1/Sarjana (D4) dari jurusan relevan.
• Berpengalaman sebagai Admin, Supply Chain, PO Processing, Pengadaan, Kategori (magang juga diterima).
• Mampu bekerja di lingkungan dinamis dan penuh ketidakpastian.
• Terampil mengorganisir, follow-through, dan bertangan dingin dalam menyelesaikan masalah.

Responsabilités

• Melakukan pemrosesan PO harian dengan akurasi tinggi.
• Solusi masalah terkait proses PO; mengumpulkan isu harian dan elevasi ke pemangku kepentingan terkait.
• Mengawasi alur PR ke PO, memasukkan Purchase Order, serta mendorong penyelesaian PO.
• Memberi saran kepada admin lain tentang proses end-to-end pembelian, dan memastikan kelancaran komplete PO.
• Bekerja dengan pemangku kepentingan utama seperti supply chain, kategori, keuangan, operasional, dan tim terkait untuk meningkatkan resolusi isu PO.
• Bertugas berkoordinasi dengan pemasok untuk PO harian.

Description du poste

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Perform daily PO processing excellence
• Perform problem solving related to PO processing operations, proactively collect issues/ findings happened in daily routine PO processing and elevate to relevant stakeholders
• Monitor the overall PR to PO completion, create and input Purchase Order, sweep the unprocessed PR/incomplete PO, and propose initiatives or action plans to increase the PO completion, streamline PO process, improve productivity, and fulfillment rate performance
• Advise other admins about the end-to-end process of purchasing, perform RL distribution which must be approved by Comful SPV/ Lead to all comful admin in his/her group, and ensure timely and successful completion
• Work with key stakeholders, including supply chain, category, finance, operations, and others related teams to elevate issues, advise a resolution to PO operations issues, and ensure alignment on initiatives.
• Coordinating with suppliers for PO daily routine.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Bachelor's or Applied Bachelor's Degree (S1/D4) from relevant major.
• Has experience as Admin, Supply Chain, PO Processing, Procurement, Category (internship experience also welcome).
• Comfortable and able to thrive in an uncertain and dynamic envionment.
• Highly organized, continous follow-through, drive to get things done, and can-do attitude.
• Willingness to learn new things.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Exeptional attention to detail with the ability to actively seek and find solutions to problems.
• Basic to Intermediate in Excel formulas.
• Have experienced in FMS / E-commerce industry would be a plus point.
