Astro Technologies Indonesia mencari Operations Analyst - Senior Supervisor untuk memantau kinerja gudang dan fulfilment, mengidentifikasi celah proses, melakukan audit operasional, serta mendorong perbaikan berkelanjutan demi keunggulan operasional.

Posisi ini menuntut pengalaman 3+ tahun di operasional gudang/fulfillment, kemampuan analitis tinggi, dan keahlian Excel/Sheets untuk melaporkan KPI serta rencana tindakan kepada pemangku kepentingan terkait.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, dengan minimal 3 tahun pengalaman di operasional gudang/fulfillment.
• Pengalaman mengawasi operasional gudang end-to-end, bukan hanya manajemen inventori.
• Pengetahuan kuat mengenai manajemen inventori, termasuk inbound/outbound/fulfillment.
• Keterampilan analitis dan pemecahan masalah yang kuat untuk mengidentifikasi celah operasional.
• Fasilitas Excel atau Google Sheets untuk bekerja dengan data operasional dan KPI.
• Familiaritas dengan pemrograman atau coding dianggap tambahan.
• Komunikasi yang kuat dan manajemen pemangku kepentingan untuk mengomunikasikan temuan.

Responsabilités

• Monitor kinerja operasional dan KPI gudang untuk mengidentifikasi celah.
• Identifikasi masalah operasional dan rekomendasikan perbaikan praktis.
• Audit operasional untuk memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar.
• Jejaki KPI operasional, rencana tindakan, dan isu berulang untuk tindak lanjut.
• Koordinasi antara operasi situs dan tim excellence operasional pusat.
• Laporan kemajuan proyek, temuan operasional, dan rekomendasi perbaikan kepada pemangku kepentingan.
• Pastikan proyek dieksekusi efektif dan berjalan lancar.

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

About this Position

We are looking for an Operations Analyst - Senior Supervisor who will be responsible for monitoring warehouse and fulfillment operational performance, identifying process gaps and inefficiencies, conducting operational audits, and driving continuous improvements to enhance operational excellence and efficiency.

Job Description

As our Astronaut, your missions are:

• Monitor operational performance and KPIs across assigned warehouse areas to identify gaps and inefficiencies.
• Identify operational issues and recommend practical improvements and quick-win solutions.
• Conduct operational audits to identify process gaps and ensure compliance with operational standards.
• Track operational KPIs, action plans, and recurring issues to ensure proper follow-up.
• Coordinate between site operations and central operational excellence teams to communicate findings and improvement needs.
• Report project progress, operational findings, and improvement recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are executed effectively and run smoothly.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

Job Requirements

In order to launch the missions successfully, you need to have:

• Bachelor's degree preferred, with at least 3 years of experience in warehouse or fulfillment operations, operational analytics, or process improvement.
• Experience overseeing end-to-end warehouse or fulfillment operations, beyond inventory management alone.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, with familiarity across inbound, outbound, fulfillment, and other warehouse operational processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify operational gaps, investigate issues, and recommend practical improvements.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, with the ability to work with operational data, monitor KPIs, and prepare structured reports.
• Familiarity with programming or coding is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to convey feedback, communicate findings, and coordinate follow-up actions effectively.
• Tech-savvy, with a solid understanding of end-to-end warehouse operations and processes
• Proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to monitor performance, follow up on action plans, and ensure improvement initiatives are executed effectively.
