Kami mencari Acquisition Associate untuk memperluas ekosistem vendor buah dan sayur (lokal & impor) di wilayah Jawa dan Lampung, dengan kunjungan vendor reguler dan negosiasi harga serta jadwal operasional.

Posisi ini berlokasi on-site di Jakarta Barat, bekerja dalam tim Astro Farm, dengan fokus pada kemitraan jangka panjang dan pertumbuhan jaringan pemasok.

Qualifications

• Gelar sarjana di bidang terkait (Bisnis, Rantai Pasokan, Akuisisi, Agribisnis, Makanan).
• Pemahaman dasar proses pembelian/procurement dan manajemen pemasok.
• Kemampuan negosiasi dan membangun hubungan dengan pemasok.

Responsibilities

• Mengakuisisi, mengontrak, dan onboard vendor sayur dan buah lokal maupun impor.
• Mengelola kontrak volume dengan petani dan pemasok di Jawa dan Lampung.
• Melakukan kunjungan vendor teratur untuk evaluasi operasional dan hubungan komersial.
• Menegosiasikan harga, alokasi volume, serta jadwal tanam untuk stabilitas pasokan.
• Melakukan analisis perbandingan harga dan kinerja antar vendor.

About this Position

We are looking for a hands-on Acquisition Associate to join our Astro Farm commercial team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our vendor ecosystem for fresh produce, specifically vegetables and fruits (both local and imported).

Job Description:

• As our Astronaut, your missions are:
• Approach, acquire, and onboard prospective vendors for fresh vegetables and fruits, including local suppliers and import vendors.
• Manage direct volume contracts with farmers and suppliers across primary agricultural regions in Java (West, Central, East Java) and Lampung.
• Conduct regular vendor visits to establish strong rapport, evaluate operations, and maintain ongoing commercial relationships.
• Negotiate pricing, volume allocation, and planting/harvesting schedules (pola tanam) to secure optimal supply stability and better margins.
• Perform continuous price comparison and performance analysis across vendors to ensure competitive edge and cost efficiency.
• Support strategic hulu initiatives, including upcoming setups for physical trading hubs and direct upstream sourcing.
• Operate in a mobile environment, conducting frequent site visits across industrial and distribution zones (e.g., Cilincing, Cakung) and farm sites.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Job Requirements:

In order to launch the missions successfully, you need to have:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Agribusiness, Food Technology, or related fields.
• Basic understanding of purchasing/procurement processes and supplier management.
• Good understanding of vendor management.
• Knowledge of fresh produce, food ingredients, or F&B products would be advantageous.
• Basic commercial knowledge, including price comparison, cost consideration, and purchasing decisions.
• Proven experience in vendor acquisition or supply chain within the agriculture industry, preferably from an agriculture tech startup or fresh supply chain company.
• Experience in managing or communicating with fresh produce import vendors is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills to deal with diverse stakeholders, from local farmers to import vendors.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct price benchmarking, performance metrics evaluation, and margin impact assessment.
• High adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic working environment.
