Posisi ini bersifat on-site di Jakarta Barat dengan fokus pada SOP, keselamatan kerja, dan kualitas operasional yang tinggi untuk menjaga aliran inventaris yang lancar dan akurat.

Qualifications

• Gelar sarjana (S1) atau setara untuk posisi ini.
• Pengalaman minimal 4–5 tahun di operasional gudang/logistik.
• Minimal 2 tahun sebagai supervisor, dengan minimal 1 tahun di level SPV.
• Pengalaman mengelola akurasi inventori dan aliran inventaris di gudang.
• Pemahaman inventory management, kontrol, dan akurasi yang kuat.
• Pengetahuan operasional gudang: inbound, outbound, picking, packing, dan inventory control.
• Pemahaman mengenai sistem rack tinggi dan proses SPR.
• Memahami standar kesehatan, keselamatan, kebersihan, keamanan, dan 5S.
• Terampil Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets; nyaman bekerja dengan data operasional.
• Pengalaman dengan Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Keterampilan analisis data dasar untuk memantau inbound, SLA, tingkat reject, dan produktivitas.
• Kemampuan pemecahan masalah yang kuat serta inisiatif kepemimpinan di lapangan.

Responsibilities

• Memimpin dan mengawasi operasional gudang harian secara akurat dan efisien.
• Mengawasi inbound, picking, packing, inventory, dan outbound untuk capai target operasional.
• Memantau akurasi inventori, akurasi picking, ketepatan packing, penyimpanan, dan kesiapan loading.
• Menjaga alur inventaris yang lancar dan selesaikan masalah operasional seperti mispicks dan item hilang.
• Menilai alur kerja operasional dan cari peluang peningkatan produktivitas.
• Mengatur jadwal shift, alokasi tenaga, ketidakhadiran, rotasi shift, dan perencanaan cadangan.
• Mendelegasikan tugas dan memantau kinerja tim agar sesuai target kualitas dan produktivitas.
• Menyusun laporan operasional harian terkait KPI seperti output, error, kejadian, dan kehadiran.
• Berkolaborasi dengan Supply Chain dan tim Kategori untuk mengatasi isu operasional dan peramalan inventori.
• Mendorong inisiatif perbaikan berkelanjutan pada aliran inventaris dan akurasi.
• Menjaga kepatuhan terhadap SOP, kesehatan, kebersihan, keselamatan, keamanan, dan standar 5S.
• Menjaga disiplin operasional dan kepatuhan tim terhadap prosedur gudang.

About this Position

We are looking for a Dry Inventory Senior Supervisor who will be responsible for leading daily dry warehouse operations, ensuring inventory accuracy and flow, optimizing manpower productivity, and maintaining high standards of operational quality, safety, and service level.

Job Description

As our Astronaut, your missions are:

• Lead and supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring inventory activities are executed accurately and efficiently.
• Oversee inbound, picking, packing, inventory, and outbound activities to ensure operational targets are achieved.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, picking accuracy, packing correctness, storage order, and loading readiness.
• Ensure smooth inventory flow and proactively resolve operational issues such as mispicks, missing items, and other inventory discrepancies.
• Evaluate operational workflows and identify opportunities to improve manpower productivity, inventory accuracy, and service level.
• Manage shift scheduling, manpower allocation, attendance, shift rotation, and backup planning to ensure sufficient manpower coverage.
• Delegate tasks and monitor team performance to ensure execution meets quality and productivity targets.
• Conduct daily operational reporting aligned with key KPIs, including output, errors, incidents, and attendance.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Category teams to resolve operational issues and support inventory forecasting.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across inventory flow and accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with SOP, health, hygiene, safety, security, and 5S standards.
• Maintain operational discipline and ensure the team consistently follows established warehouse procedures.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

Job Requirements

In order to launch the missions successfully, you need to have:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant educational background.
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in warehousing or logistics operations.
• At least 2 years of experience at Supervisor level, with a minimum of 1 year at SPV level.
• Proven experience managing inventory accuracy and inventory flow in warehouse operations.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, including inventory control and accuracy.
• Solid knowledge of warehouse operations, particularly inbound, outbound, picking, packing, and inventory control.
• Familiarity with high-level racking systems and SPR processes.
• Understanding of health, safety, hygiene, security, and 5S standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and comfortable working with numbers and operational data.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Basic data analysis skills, particularly for monitoring inbound performance, SLA, rejection rate, and productivity.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to respond quickly to operational issues.
• Strong execution and hands‑on leadership in field operations.
• Clear and solid communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• High sense of urgency, strong ownership, and accountability.
• Detail‑oriented, disciplined, and firm in enforcing operational standards and SOPs.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast‑paced and dynamic warehouse environment.
