Job summary

ASTRO Technologies Indonesia membuka peluang freelance di bidang Akuntansi/Keuangan untuk posisi kerja on-site di Jakarta Barat. Tugas meliputi pembaruan tracker pembayaran dan pemrosesan tagihan menggunakan Ms Dynamics 365, serta pengorganisasian dokumen inventaris secara efektif.

Kandidat dengan gelar S1 di Akuntansi/Keuangan dan 1–2 tahun pengalaman sebagai Account Payable Officer, mahir MS Excel, serta kemampuan komunikasi dan manajemen waktu yang baik sangat diutamakan.

Qualifications

• Gelar Sarjana di Akuntansi/Keuangan.
• Pengalaman 1–2 tahun sebagai Account Payable Officer.
• Pemahaman dasar pembukuan dan pelaporan keuangan.

Responsibilities

• Update dan pemeliharaan pembayaran tracker inventaris.
• Hasilkan dan proses tagihan di sistem Ms Dynamics 365 inventaris.
• Organisir dan arsip dokumen inventaris.
• Menerima faktur dari vendor.
• Mencatat faktur vendor.
• Memasukkan data vendor ke dalam sistem.
• Memasukkan dokumen fisik ke dalam sistem.

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Update and maintain payment tracker inventory
• Generate and process bills in Ms Dynamics 365 inventory system
• Organize and file inventory documents
• Receiving invoices from vendors
• Recording vendor invoices
• Inputting vendor data into the system
• Entering physical documents into the system

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 1-2 years of working experience as Account Payable Officer
• Good understanding of basic bookkeeping and financial reporting
• Proficiency in Ms. Office preferably Ms. Excel
• Fast-paced adaptability and detail-oriented
• Strong communication and time management
