Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on operations experience in crypto/Web3 or related financial domains.
• Solid understanding of fiat rails, stablecoins, liquidity, and blockchain transaction tracking.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and AI tooling to streamline workflows.
• Strong root-cause analysis and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration abilities.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Experience in SLA-driven, high-volume operations is a plus.
• A curious mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Execute complex treasury, market-making, disbursement, and swap-routing workflows on SLA timelines.
• Investigate ledger mismatches, delays, and banking breaks independently.
• Develop AI prompts, macros, or scripts to reduce manual work.
• Maintain SOPs, runbooks, and onboard junior team members.
• Provide clear operational updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, Compliance, and other functions to resolve issues.
