Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on operations experience in crypto/Web3, treasury, settlements, payments, or banking.
• Solid understanding of fiat payment rails, stablecoins, liquidity management, and blockchain tracking.
• Experience using AI tools or macros to streamline workflows.

Responsibilities

• Execute complex treasury, market-making, disbursement, and swap-routing workflows within SLA timelines.
• Investigate ledger mismatches, network delays, and other operational discrepancies independently.
• Build and refine AI prompts, spreadsheets, macros to reduce manual work and boost productivity.
• Maintain SOPs, create troubleshooting runbooks, and onboard junior team members.
• Communicate updates with cross-functional teams and external counterparties.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, Compliance and other stakeholders to resolve issues.
