Ajaib Group, a leading Indonesian fintech, is seeking a detail-oriented Crypto Business Operations professional to own liquidity, trading execution, and risk management across the exchange. You will optimize liquidity, manage USDT/IDR operations, track FX exposure, and drive initiatives to improve efficiency with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Several years of crypto, FX, market making, or trading ops experience.
• Strong analytical skills with detail-oriented decision making.
• Proficiency in Excel; SQL and Python are strong advantages.
• Clear and structured communicator; able to set priorities independently.

Responsabilités

• Maintain spreads, depth, and execution quality on the exchange.
• Collaborate with market makers to optimize liquidity.
• Track PnL, identify inefficiencies, and monitor FX exposure.
• Lead special projects to automate reporting and improve ops.
