Job summary

Kredivo is seeking a Product Manager - Growth to lead lifecycle engagement and CRM initiatives, driving personalized experiences to boost activation, retention and reactivation.

You will own CRM channels, build lifecycle journeys, collaborate with data teams on segmentation, run experiments to improve open rates and conversions, and partner with Growth and Product to execute campaigns.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of product management experience.
• Experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or engagement products.
• Familiarity with MoEngage or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Experience in fintech or e-commerce.
• Exposure to personalization or recommendation systems.
