Job summary

Kredivo Group is seeking a Product Manager - Growth to drive lifecycle engagement and CRM-led initiatives focused on user communication, engagement, and reactivation through personalized experiences.

You will own and optimize CRM channels, build lifecycle journeys, and collaborate with Data, Growth, and Product teams to improve engagement and retention. This role suits someone with fintech or e-commerce experience and a data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of product management experience.
• Experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or engagement products.
• Familiarity with MoEngage or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Experience in fintech or e‑commerce.
• Exposure to personalization or recommendation systems.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize CRM channels (push, in-app, notifications, messaging).
• Build and execute lifecycle journeys to improve engagement and retention.
• Work closely with Data teams to define user segmentation and targeting strategies.
• Run experiments to improve open rates, CTR, and conversion.
• Collaborate with Growth and Product teams to support campaign execution.
