Traveloka is seeking a Product Manager – Customer Journey to lead and elevate how millions of travelers manage their trips and navigate seamless end-to-end experiences across mobile and web platforms.
In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership of a core product domain—translating complex customer needs into a high-impact strategy and executing a high-value roadmap. You will operate with high autonomy, bridge business goals with technical execution, and bring cross-functional teams together around a shared vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Ownership: Define and execute the multi-quarter product strategy, balancing customer experience enhancement, business scalability, and technical feasibility.
- Customer Journey Optimization: Leverage deep quantitative data, customer research, and direct feedback to redesign, streamline, and scale intuitive user experiences across web and app ecosystems.
- End-to-End Execution: Partner closely with Engineering, UX/UI Design, and Data Science throughout discovery, solution architecture, delivery, launch, and continuous iteration.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Establish robust measurement frameworks using experimentation (A/B testing) and product analytics to validate hypotheses and evaluate feature impact.
- Stakeholder & Strategic Alignment: Drive cross-functional alignment across business units, platform teams, and leadership to resolve dependencies and achieve shared organizational KPIs.
- AI & Operational Innovation: Integrate modern AI capabilities into research workflows, rapid prototyping, and product design to accelerate speed-to-market and team efficiency.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of end-to-end product management experience owning a consumer-facing digital product or domain with demonstrated, measurable business and user impact.
- Proven track record of independently structuring vague product problems, making high-stakes trade-offs, and driving clear directional execution in dynamic environments.
- Deep experience mapping, diagnosing, and simplifying complex user journeys and multi-step digital workflows.
- Strong proficiency in product analytics (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, SQL) and quantitative experimentation frameworks.
- Proven ability to partner effectively with Engineering and Design leads, with understanding of technical feasibility, dependencies and trade offs.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of building consensus among cross-functional partners and senior executives.
- Hands-on experience integrating AI models/tools into product feature sets or team workflows, backed by critical judgment regarding output quality and constraints.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in travel tech, two-sided marketplaces, e-commerce, or high-scale consumer apps.
- Demonstrated background managing omni-channel products (responsive web and native iOS/Android apps).
- Background in cross-platform systems, shared services, or multi-business-unit matrix organizations.
- Proficiency with rapid prototyping and data tools (e.g., Figma, SQL, BI tools).
