Job summary

Eka Jaya Group is hiring a National Beauty Trainer to lead training development, delivery, and coaching across our premium brands Hanasui and NCo. You will develop modules, conduct workshops, and deliver impactful product training for Beauty Advisors, Sales Teams, and retail partners.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 3–5 years of beauty training experience, and the ability to travel nationwide to support business needs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in beauty training or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, skincare, makeup, and trends.
• Experience in conducting training, workshops, product demonstrations, and educational sessions.
• Willing to travel nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Training development: create and improve training modules, materials, presentations, and programs for beauty products and selling skills.
• Training needs analysis: identify gaps via performance data and field observations; develop training plans.
• Training delivery: conduct engaging product knowledge, beauty skills, sales, and service training for teams.
• Product knowledge: cover benefits, ingredients, usage, selling points, and differentiators.
• Beauty demonstrations: run demonstrations and practical sessions to ensure proper product use.
• Coaching & evaluation: assess understanding and training effectiveness through assessments and feedback.
• Field support: collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Brand, and Retail teams to identify needs and provide on-ground support.
• Beauty trends: stay updated on trends and industry insights to keep content relevant.
• Reporting: prepare training reports and insights to track effectiveness.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communication, Marketing, Beauty, or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in beauty training, beauty education, sales training, product training, or a related role
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, skincare, makeup, and beauty trends
• Proven experience in conducting training, workshops, product demonstrations, and educational sessions
• Experience in the beauty, cosmetics, FMCG, or retail industry is preferred
• Confident and engaging when presenting to different audiences, including Beauty Advisors, Sales Teams, Retail Teams, and business partners
• Strong ability to develop training materials, modules, and educational content
• Ability to analyze training results and performance data and identify competency gaps
• Willing to travel nationwide to conduct training and support business needs

Job Responsibilities:

• Training Development: Develop and continuously improve training modules, materials, presentations, and educational programs related to beauty products and selling skills.
• Training Needs Analysis: Identify training needs and competency gaps through performance data, field observation, and evaluation results, and develop appropriate training plans to address identified gaps.
• Training Delivery: Conduct engaging product knowledge, beauty skills, sales, and service training for Beauty Advisors, Sales Teams, and other relevant teams.
• Product Knowledge: Deliver comprehensive product training covering product benefits, ingredients, usage, selling points, and key differentiators.
• Beauty Demonstration: Conduct beauty demonstrations and practical sessions to ensure participants understand product application and usage.
• Coaching & Evaluation: Evaluate participants’ understanding and training effectiveness through assessments, observation, and feedback.
• Field Support: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Brand, and Retail teams to identify training needs and provide on-ground support.
• Beauty Trends: Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, product developments, consumer behavior, and industry insights to ensure training content remains relevant.
• Reporting: Prepare training reports, evaluation results, and insights to track training activities and effectiveness.
