Job summary

Sociolla is hiring a UI/UX Designer to translate requirements into compelling interfaces in Indonesia. You will collaborate with Product Managers, create UX designs, prototypes, and iterate based on feedback. A strong portfolio and proficiency in Figma are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or a related role, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
Expert proficiency in Figma, including experience creating and maintaining design systems.
Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy, with a passion for exploring new design tools, trends, and processes.
Excellent time management, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Knowledge of user research methods, usability testing, or user interviews is a plus.

Responsibilities

Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with Product Managers.
Create UI/UX designs based on requirement briefs.
Develop rapid prototypes to validate design concepts with internal stakeholders.
Identify and troubleshoot UX issues to improve user experience.
Adjust layouts and designs based on user feedback.
Conduct UI/UX design audits to ensure design quality and consistency.
