Job summary

PT. Triefta Aroma Nusantara seeks a detail-oriented procurement specialist to process PRs and manage supplier quotes, POs, and delivery coordination. The role requires strong Excel skills, ERP familiarity (SAP MM / Oracle / Dynamics / Odoo), and effective vendor negotiation.

You will verify goods receipts, handle discrepancies, and ensure complete purchasing documentation for the Finance AP team, supporting packaging materials and GA needs within a growing Indonesian manufacturing group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, SCM, operations, industrial engineering, business administration or related field.
• Proficient in Excel with VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and logical formulas for data analysis and PO tracking.
• Familiarity with ERP or purchasing systems such as SAP MM, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or Odoo is advantageous.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills to maintain vendor relationships and secure competitive terms.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and integrity in purchasing transactions and documentation.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills in vendor evaluation, price comparison, and delivery issues.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple PR/PO requests and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process Purchase Requests (PR) for packaging materials and GA requirements through the ERP system.
• Identify and evaluate a minimum of three vendor quotations for price, specs, and TOP terms.
• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO) through the ERP system based on approved prices and specs.
• Monitor vendor delivery schedules and confirm incoming goods with the warehouse at least one day prior to arrival.
• Verify goods receipt in ERP or manually for GA items, matching quantity and condition.
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve discrepancies, including claims, returns, and replacements.
• Prepare and submit complete purchasing documents (PR, PO, Invoice, Delivery Order, Goods Receipt, Tax Invoice) to Finance AP.
