Responsibilities

• Strategic Sourcing: Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, product quality, and sustainable supply.
• Price Negotiation: Negotiate product prices, payment terms, MOQs, lead times, and other commercial conditions to achieve cost-saving targets.
• Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers, including manufacturers in China.
• Cost Optimization: Analyze market prices, supplier quotations, and cost structures to identify opportunities for cost reduction and improve purchasing efficiency.
• Procurement Management: Manage the purchasing process from sourcing and quotation evaluation to PR/PO processing, production follow-up, and shipment coordination.
• Product Development: Collaborate with internal teams to develop new products, evaluate supplier capabilities, and support product launches based on market needs.
• Import Coordination: Monitor production schedules, shipment arrangements, ETD/ETA, and import documentation to ensure timely delivery.
• Inventory & Demand Planning: Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align purchasing decisions with sales forecasts, inventory levels, and business priorities.
• Performance Monitoring: Evaluate supplier performance in terms of pricing, quality, delivery, and responsiveness, and prepare purchasing reports and recommendations.
