Zohorecruit is sourcing a Procurement and Logistics professional to manage end-to-end PO processes, liaise with suppliers, and oversee warehouse receiving and shipment activities from South Jakarta, Indonesia. The role requires negotiation skills, ERP familiarity, and the ability to coordinate across procurement, warehouse, and shipping functions.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree with experience in Procurement and Logistics activities in similar environments.
• Experience in industrial products, project execution and aftermarket services.
• Experience in negotiation with suppliers on pricing and delivery.
• Proficient in Ms Office, Excel.
• Able to multi-task, work independently and be a strong team player.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferably knowledge of SAP and Oracle ERP systems.

Responsabilités

• Review supplier quotations and supporting documents prior to issuing POs.
• Manage the end-to-end PO process, from issuance and supplier acknowledgment through to PO closure.
• Coordinate with suppliers to expedite or defer materials in line with business requirements, while balancing demand and inventory levels.
• Ensure timely updates and follow-ups on PO status.
• Investigate and resolve purchase order discrepancies.
• Source third-party suppliers for products and services.
• Conduct price negotiations for tenders and contractual agreements.
• Oversee PO receiving processes within the warehouse.
• Support cycle count activities and related documentation.
• Perform administrative tasks related to warehouse operations.
• Conduct annual inventory counts.
• Forecast and monitor safety stock levels.
• Process sales order shipments within the ERP system.
• Source and coordinate freight services.
• Track, record, and report shipment status, productivity, and related metrics.
• Prepare customs-related documentation and reports.
• Ensure compliance with trade regulations and reporting requirements.
