Job summary

PT Vision and Young is seeking a procurement professional in Indonesia to search and manage partners and vendors, negotiate terms, and ensure timely delivery of materials for construction projects.

The role requires 3+ years in purchasing/trading in engineering/construction, experience with parts procurement, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. English and Korean language skills are preferred to facilitate international supplier communications.

Qualifications

• 3+ years purchasing or trading experience, engineering/construction background preferred.
• Experience handling parts searching, purchasing and trading.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Search and manage competitive partners and vendors.
• Manage supplier relationships; negotiate prices and delivery terms.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of materials.
• Coordinate timely delivery of materials to ensure project execution.
• Manage order processing and ensure compliance with procurement policies.
• Prepare and maintain purchasing records and reports.
• Coordinate with PPJK and Customs for goods clearance.

Job Requirements :

• Have working experience as purchasing or Trading more than 3 years (Engineering and Construction Company is preferred)
• Handling experience in related Parts (Searching, purchasing and Trading for parts).
• General Microsoft 365 (especially excel) skill
• Preferred to speak English and Korean
