Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering or a relevant field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Procurement/Purchasing or a related field.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Good coordination and relationship management skills with vendors and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage RFQs for goods and services from local and overseas vendors.
• Conduct price and commercial negotiations and manage vendor contract processes.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal users regarding requirements, specifications, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Handle PO administration, monitoring, and follow-up until procurement is completed.
• Prepare procurement reports and maintain related documentation.
