Job summary

The ideal candidate brings experience in import/export and strong negotiation and communication skills. Based in Indonesia, the role requires a minimum of an associate degree and 2+ years in purchasing, with fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or diploma in logistics, accounting, business administration or related field.
• 2+ years of purchasing experience.
• Import/export experience is a plus.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to handle high volume purchasing quickly and accurately.
• Strong communication, negotiation, time management and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle the purchasing process and ensure procurement of goods meets business requirements.
• Manage daily administrative activities related to purchasing, including PRs and POs.
• Communicate and maintain good relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Monitor purchasing activities, orders and delivery schedules.
• Prepare and maintain purchasing documents and data reports.
• Ensure purchasing processes are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time.
