Job summary

PT Spektrum Krisindo Elektrika is seeking a seasoned procurement professional to manage end-to-end price requests for project tenders and coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and finance. You will source cost-effective materials, issue POs, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining strong supplier relationships in industrial, oil & gas, and mining sectors.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and at least 3 years of purchasing experience, with excellent negotiation

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, both oral and writing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Willing to be on standby as required.

Responsibilities

• Process price requests for project tenders from inquiry to completion.
• Monitor project inquiries and follow up as needed.
• Request price quotations from suppliers and track their responses.
• Source products with better pricing from both existing and new suppliers.
• Analyze and compare supplier quotations to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Prepare price comparison sheets from multiple suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers.
• Issue Purchase Orders (PO) and ensure timely delivery.
• Input supplier invoice data into the system accurately.
• Manage and organize procurement-related documents and records.
• Coordinate with the logistics team for delivery arrangements.
• Coordinate with the Finance Department to ensure timely payments.
• Forward customer complaints and feedback to suppliers for resolution.
• Conduct supplier performance evaluations and procurement process reviews.
