The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and 2–3 years in procurement, preferably in F&B, hospitality, or retail, with strong Excel skills and a hands-on, proactive approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 2–3 years of procurement or purchasing experience in F&B, hospitality, or retail.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Proficient in purchasing procedures and documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and purchasing software.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive.
• Willing to travel between TBK outlets in Serang.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement of non-inventory items (equipment, supplies, furniture).
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors for pricing and quality.
• Handle purchase requests, orders, and delivery timelines.
• Monitor procurement budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain supplier relationships and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and Maintenance teams for timely procurement.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and vendor performance data.
