Job summary

PT. RJGF International Indonesia is seeking an IT procurement professional with 2+ years of experience to source, evaluate, and contract suppliers for hardware, software, and services in the ICT and related sectors.

The role requires strong Excel skills, English proficiency, and a good understanding of global trade and procurement processes. Mandarin is a plus, and experience with distributors and system integrators is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in IT procurement including hardware, software, networking equipment, cloud subscriptions, or IT services.
• Good knowledge about purchasing processes, local and international trade rules and best practices.
• Experience with IT distributors, vendors and system integrators is preferred.
• Experience in procurement, vendor management, and contract negotiation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and procurement reporting.
• Proficient in English; Mandarin is an advantage.

• Issue Purchase Orders (PO) and ensure timely procurement processes.
• Monitor delivery schedules and follow up with suppliers regarding order status.
• Coordinate with internal departments to understand purchasing requirements.
• Maintain procurement records, supplier databases, and contract documentation.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.
• Analyze purchasing costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Resolve issues related to product quality, delivery delays, and supplier performance.

Experience in major manufactures in the ICT, Data Center Industries, engineering or technology industries.

At least 2 years of experience handling IT procurement, including hardware, software, networking equipment, cloud subscriptions, or IT services.

Good knowledge about purchasing processes, local and international trade and commerce rules and best practices.

Experience working with IT distributors, vendor and system integrators is preferred.

Experience in procurement, vendor management, and contract negotiation.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and procurement reporting.

Proficient in English, both written and spoken. Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
