Job summary

PT Trust Recruit Indonesia is seeking a skilled Purchasing Supervisor to lead daily procurement activities in Bantargebang, West Java. You will manage sourcing, supplier negotiations, and vendor performance to ensure timely, cost-effective purchasing of raw materials, spare parts, and services.

In this role you will process requisitions and POs in SAP MM, collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Warehouse teams, and drive cost-saving initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Purchasing Supervisor.
• Experience in cost-saving projects.
• Procurement of raw materials, spare parts, and services.
• Proficient in SAP MM (SAP HANA MM is an advantage).
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Strong negotiation and leadership abilities.
• Mandarin language is a huge advantage.

Process purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and procurement documentation accurately using SAP MM.

Coordinate closely with Production, Engineering, Warehouse, and other departments to support operational requirements.

Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures while preparing purchasing reports and analyses for management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from a reputable university
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Purchasing Supervisor
• Proven experience and involvement in projects (preferably cost-saving initiatives)
• Experienced in handling procurement of various items, including raw materials, spare parts, and services
• Proficient in SAP MM module (SAP HANA MM is an advantage)
• Fluent in English (spoken and written), including business correspondence
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Able to speak Mandarin will be a HUGE advantage
