Job summary

PT Dgas Alam Semesta is seeking a procurement professional to manage vendor selection, purchasing processes, and documentation. The role involves evaluating vendors, handling import/export activities, and ensuring timely delivery and accurate billing.

The candidate should have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years in procurement or supply chain, with strong Excel and ERP experience, especially Sage 300. Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential for success.

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in procurement or supply chain management.
• Hands-on experience with tender management and bidding processes is a plus.
• Background in the contracting, energy, or logistics industry is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experienced with ERP systems, particularly Sage 300.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative work attitude.

Responsibilities

• Select potential vendors through performance evaluation and surveys.

• Maintain and archive contracts and purchasing documents; manage petty cash.

Job description

Responsible for the process of selecting potential vendors (internal / external) through performance evaluation and periodic vendor surveys.

Manage import and export purchasing processes including preparation and verification of trade documents.

Validate purchase requests, conduct price comparison analysis, and manage procurement approvals via Purchase Order issuance in the system.

Conducting intensive follow-ups to ensure timely delivery and completeness of billing documentation.

Maintain and archive contracts and purchasing documents, managing petty cash, and preparing monthly operational reports.

Completing additional administrative tasks and maintaining good relationships with vendors through payment confirmation.

Carry out additional administrative tasks as directed by the Line Manager or Head of Department.

Input and process Purchase Orders using the Sage 300 ERP system.

Requirements:
