Job summary

PT Harrisma Informatika Jaya is seeking an experienced Procurement Import professional to lead the import process for IT products and services. You will coordinate with logistics providers, customs brokers, and internal teams to ensure compliant, on-time deliveries while negotiating favorable supplier contracts.

Required are a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 3+ years in procurement import, strong English skills, and proficiency with SAP and procurement tools.

Qualifications

Proven experience in international sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
Strong in importation tasks & procedures (experts in handling custom clearance issues).
Good understanding of import regulations.
At least 3 years as Procurement Import in IT/ technology company / IT distribution.
English communication (oral & written) required; Mandarin preferred.
Proficient in Excel, SAP and other procurement software.
Willing to work in West Jakarta - Meruya & Puri area.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end import process with logistics providers, brokers, and stakeholders for on-time delivery and compliance.
Negotiate and manage supplier contracts to ensure quality, delivery and value.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and internal policies.
Ensure timely delivery of goods and services to meet customer needs.
Research potential suppliers and analyze purchasing trends to develop long-term strategies.
Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers and monitor supplier performance.

Procurement Import for IT Distribution :

Executing the import procurement process for products, materials and services both domestically and internationally.

Sourcing, negotiating, and awarding of contracts and orders for products, materials and services that meet the required specifications and quality standards on schedule.

Main Duties :

Manage the end-to-end import process, including coordinating with logistics providers, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers to ensure best quality, delivery, and value.

Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.

Ensure timely delivery of goods and services to meet customer needs.

Utilize available resources to research and identify potential suppliers.

Analyze purchasing trends and develop long-term procurement strategies.

Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers.

Monitor performance of suppliers and evaluate the quality of purchased products and services.

Requirement :

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Supply Chain Management / Economic / Accounting or a related field.

Proven experience in international sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.

Strong in Importation tasks & procedures (experts in handling custom clearance issues and other import documents).

Have a good understanding of import regulations.

Having experienced min 3 years as a Procurement Import on IT / Technology Company / IT Distribution.

Able to communicate in English both oral and written is a must (Active), and Mandarin (min Passive) is our priority.

Strong proficiency in Excel, SAP and other procurement software.

Willing to work in west Jakarta - Meruya & Puri area.
