Job summary

PT. RINJANI BAY DEVELOPMENTS is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead end-to-end procurement across projects. You will develop strategies, source materials, negotiate contracts, and ensure budget alignment, with a focus on timely delivery and supplier performance.

Based in Indonesia, you will coordinate with multiple departments to optimize procurement processes, maintain compliance, and deliver cost savings through robust KPI monitoring and supplier governance.

Job description

Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project timelines, operational requirements, and company goals.

Support pre-development and operational phases with sourcing strategies for construction materials and services, operations supplies and equipment, up to FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment).

Ensure procurement planning is integrated into CAPEX and OPEX budgets across all business units.

Source, evaluate, negotiate, and onboard qualified vendors, contractors, and service providers.

Maintain an approved vendor database and oversee vendor performance reviews, including quality, delivery, pricing, and compliance.

Lead the drafting, negotiation, and management of procurement contracts, ensuring favourable terms and risk mitigation.

3. Operational Procurement

Coordinate procurement activities across multiple departments and projects at Rinjani Bay.

Review and approve purchase requisitions, ensuring alignment with budget and procurement policy.

Work closely with site management, finance, and logistics personnel to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.

4. Governance & Compliance

Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, internal control standards, and relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

Implement best practices in procurement, sustainability, and ethical sourcing.

Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for procurement workflows.

5. Data, Reporting & Analysis

Monitor procurement KPIs, including cost savings, vendor performance, and lead times.

Maintain accurate records of procurement processes (RFQ, quotation and bid evaluations, purchase orders, and invoicing) for audit readiness.

Prepare regular procurement reports for management review and strategic decision-making.
