The role requires Mandarin proficiency and strong leadership abilities to drive cost optimisation and process improvements across procurement functions in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience in a manufacturer or heavy industrial company.
• Proven track record leading purchasing functions with effective strategies, policies, processes and systems.
• Strong negotiation skills and familiarity with supply chain management software.

Responsibilities

• Research suppliers and vendors for spare parts, building materials and hardware tools.
• Manage annual procurement budget and monthly procurement reports.
• Oversee inventory and forecast needs and supplies.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.
• Review requests for proposals (RFPs).
• Delegate tasks to the procurement team and lead team-building.

Requirement

• Mandarin communication skill is a MUST, command of English is a plus
