Job summary

KOPIKINA INDONESIA is seeking a procurement and inventory specialist to support daily cafe operations. You will source suppliers, compare prices, negotiate, and process purchase orders to ensure timely delivery and quality.

You will coordinate with suppliers and internal teams, monitor performance, and analyze data to drive cost savings and efficiency across procurement and stock control processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in the F&B, retail, or hospitality industry.
• Good understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, inventory control, and stock management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement activities for raw materials and groceries to support daily cafe operations, including supplier sourcing, price comparisons, negotiation, and PO processing.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery, competitive pricing, and consistent product quality.
• Monitor purchasing activities and supplier performance to ensure materials meet the company quality, cost, and operational requirements.
• Analyze purchasing data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement efficiency.
• Maintain procurement records and prepare regular reports on purchasing activities and costs.
• Ensure compliance with procurement procedures and company purchasing policies.
• Inventory control: monitor stock levels, stock movements, and stock availability to support daily outlet operations.
• Maintain inventory data accuracy and conduct regular stock counts and stock opname.
• Recap outlet stock requirements and coordinate stock replenishment and delivery arrangements to outlets.
• Prepare regular inventory reports and investigate stock discrepancies when necessary.
