Job summary

Shopee Internasional Indonesia is seeking an Operations Procurement Coordinator to manage end-to-end procurement processes, including PR, PO, and goods receiving. You will monitor vendor deliveries, ensure accurate quantities, and support inventory of operational supplies.

Collaborate across departments, coordinate with users, buyers, and vendors to streamline procurement and warehouse operations, and tackle ad hoc tasks to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, logistics or operations coordination.
• Familiar with shipment planning and inventory control, especially across multiple locations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with pivot tables and complex formulas for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including PR, PO, and goods receiving.
• Monitor vendor deliveries based on issued POs, ensuring timely delivery and accurate quantities.
• Manage inventory of operational supplies, including stationery, pantry supplies, and refreshments.
• Support warehouse operational readiness and special operational campaigns.
• Coordinate with users, buyers, and vendors to ensure smooth procurement processes.
• Handle ad hoc tasks and operational support requests to ensure smooth warehouse operations and meet business requirements.
