Job summary

PT. Wakaka Group Indonesia is seeking a Purchasing Staff to support our food and restaurant operations in Jakarta.

You will handle procurement of food ingredients and supplies, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure timely PO issuance and deliveries. The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Bachelor's degree with at least 1 year in purchasing, strong negotiation and supplier-management skills, and solid Excel/Microsoft Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in any field is required.
• At least 1 year of experience as Purchasing Staff, preferably in F&B or restaurant.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills are required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and good communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Purchase food ingredients and restaurant operational supplies.
• Negotiate and maintain relationships with suppliers.
• Prepare Purchase Orders (PO) and ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the operations team.
• Prepare purchasing reports and evaluate supplier performance.
