Job summary

Somewhere Concepts, a Bali-based interior design studio, is seeking an organized Interior Design Assistant with strong sourcing and procurement experience to support design and project teams. You will coordinate with furniture makers, suppliers, and material providers, handle quotations, and monitor orders while supporting project coordination and documentation.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of related experience, with a solid understanding of furniture,

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a related industry, preferably Interior Design / Architecture / Design Studio.
• Proven experience in FF&E sourcing and procurement.
• Good understanding of furniture, materials, finishes, and interior products.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and project documentation.

About you
