Job summary

DT Global is seeking a Procurement and Administration Officer in Jakarta to strengthen operational capacity across the KITA SEHAT program. The role focuses on procurement, vendor management, logistics, documentation, and general administrative support to ensure timely, compliant, and cost-effective operations.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, the officer will translate program needs into practical procurement and admin arrangements, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance

Qualifications

• University degree or diploma in a field relevant to the position.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement and administrative functions, preferably in international development.
• Experience supporting event logistics and travel arrangements.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English (oral and written).
• Strong organizational and communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end procurement processes including RFQ/RFT, sourcing, evaluations, and contracts.
• Handle procurement documentation, approvals, purchase orders, and invoices.
• Monitor supplier performance, delivery timelines and contract compliance.
• Maintain procurement-related records and filing with audit trails.
• Provide administrative and logistical support for meetings, events, travel, and assets.
