Job summary

Clinton Health Access Initiative, based in Jakarta, seeks a Senior Admin, Logistic, and Data Assistant to support Lenacapavir program logistics, data collection, and office operations. You will coordinate procurement, inventory, and data extracts, while maintaining dashboards and coordinating travel for field staff to West and East Java.

The role requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal errors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with relevant logistics or admin focus.
• Strong data collection and basic analysis skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet tools.
• Willingness to travel to study sites in West and East Java.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, track, and record Lenacapavir commodity movement to ~20 study sites.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and flag stock issues.
• Ensure proper storage and handling per regulations.
• Record financial and inventory info in line with donor requirements.
• Extract and clean data from SI PrEP and SIHA per M&E framework.
• Maintain program dashboards and data trackers for monitoring.
