Job summary

Chandra Asri Group’s Process Excellence Team in its Shared Service Center drives efficiency through process improvement, data analytics, and KPI reporting across HR, Finance, Procurement, and Customer Operations.

You will analyze workflows, identify automation opportunities (AI, RPA), support PMO through transformation initiatives, and develop dashboards to enable leadership to act on performance trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.

• Proficiency with Power BI or equivalent tools.

Responsibilities

• Business Process Optimization & Automation.
• Analyze current processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities across shared service operations.
• Identify automation opportunities (AI, RPA, workflow digitization, system integration).
• Support development and implementation of optimization initiatives to improve productivity and cost efficiency.
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and align processes with goals.
• Participate in continuous improvement workshops and promote operational excellence.
• Track and report performance post-implementation to ensure sustained improvements.
• Build and maintain KPI/SLA catalogs, formulas, thresholds, and scripts.
• Investigate metric breaches and support corrective actions.
• Prepare periodic performance reports and coordinate reviews.
• Assist in monitoring transformation initiatives and ongoing projects.
• Prepare analysis, reports, and visuals to support PMO activities.
• Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and prioritization.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align process improvements with transformation goals.
• Support Business Continuity Planning (BCP) risk assessment and scenario modelling.

The Process Excellence Team plays a critical role in supporting the Transformation Office by driving process improvement, standardization, and data-driven decision-making. The team is responsible for analyzing operational workflows, identifying improvement opportunities, designing optimized processes, and developing dashboards that enhance visibility into key performance indicators across shared service functions such as HR, Finance, Procurement, and Customer Operations.

• Business Process Optimization & Automation
• Analyze current processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities across shared service operations.
• Identify automation opportunities (AI, RPA, workflow digitalization, system integration).
• Support the development and implementation of process optimization initiatives that improve productivity, cost efficiency, and service levels.
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective/preventive actions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define clear performance indicators and ensure processes are aligned with operational goals.
• Participate in continuous improvement workshops sessions to promote a culture of operational excellence.
• Track, monitor, and report on process performance post-implementation to ensure sustainability of improvements.
• KPI/SLA Management
• Build and maintain KPI/SLA catalogues, formulas, thresholds, and scripts.
• Investigate metric breaches and support corrective actions.
• Prepare periodic performance reports and coordinate performance reviews.
• Project Management & Change Management
• Assist in monitoring and tracking transformation initiatives and ongoing improvement projects.
• Prepare analysis, reports, and visual summaries to support PMO activities and project updates.
• Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making and prioritization of improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between process improvement activities and overall transformation goals.
• Business Continuity Planning (BCP)
• Support BCP risk assessment, scenario modelling, and recovery strategies.
• Maintain BCP documentation, testing, and employee awareness.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum 4-8 years of experience in process improvement, data analytics, performance reporting, or shared service operations.
• Strong understanding of business processes across HR, Finance, Procurement, or Customer Operations is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Power BI or similar visualization tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability with the ability to convert data into meaningful insights.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced shared service environment.
