Job summary

ADR Group Of Companies (PT Selamat Sempurna Tbk.) is seeking an engineer to assess and optimize processes and equipment. You will support engineering activities including design, development and testing of upgrades to industrial processes and systems.

The role requires a Diploma in Electrical/Mechatronics/Mechanical Engineering, with 1 year of experience preferred; fresh graduates are welcome. Familiarity with TQM, Lean Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen is a plus, and the position is based in Curug,

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma's Degree (D3) in Electrical/Mechatronics/Mechanical Engineering.
• Preferably have minimum 1 year of experience in the related field; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good knowledge of production system and business process in a manufacturing company.
• Familiarity with principles/methods such as TQM, Lean Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen and etc would be a huge plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate processes and equipment to ensure compliance with SOP, work instructions and safety regulations.
• Support all engineering activities/projects within a department including design, development and testing of industrial process and system upgrades.
• Initiate and implement continuous improvement related to process, cost, production and overall quality of the products.
