Job summary

FORMULATRIX in Salatiga, Indonesia, is seeking an Industrial Process Engineer to develop, configure and optimize manufacturing processes from inception through startup and certification.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering, 3+ years in process simulations and lean improvements, and strong data analysis, CAD/CAM skills (SolidWorks or OnShape a plus). English communication and leadership are essential for cross-functional teams in our growing global operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in process simulations and manufacturing improvements (Kaizen, lean, PFMEA, PDCA).
• A proven leader who can manage a team to meet goals and engage activities.
• Understanding of new product development processes.
• Ability to analyze statistical data.
• Proficient in CAD/CAM tools; SolidWorks or OnShape is a plus.
• Familiarity with process standards and health-safety regulations.

• Have an understanding of new product development process,
• Have the ability to analyze statistical data.
• Have the ability to use CAD/CAM (Solidwork or OnShape is a plus).
• Have knowledge of process-related standards and health-safety regulations.
• Have a working knowledge of using process engineering software.
