Job summary

ADR Group is seeking a cost and production analyst to analyze COGS, COGM, and variances, and drive cost reduction initiatives. The role involves monitoring factory costs, waste, and inventory movements, while ensuring proper asset and expense mapping to cost centers.

You will compare actual vs standard usage and support audit findings to improve profitability. The candidate should hold a math/statistics/accounting degree, be proficient in MS Excel, and have familiarity with SAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or Accounting.
• Good in Ms. Excel.
• Familiar with SAP is a plus.
• Good in Analytical Thinking.
• Willing to placed in Curug, Bitung.

Responsibilities

• Analyze COGS, COGM, and production variances.
• Monitor and control factory costs, waste, and cost reduction initiatives.
• Manage inventory movement, stock material subcont, and production transactions (COGI, GR, GI).
• Ensure accurate mapping of assets, employees, and expenses to cost centers.
