Job summary

Nusantara Global Partners seeks an experienced Private Corporate Villa Manager to oversee the full operations of a private corporate villa in Senopati, Jakarta Selatan, serving Directors and VVIP guests. The role requires high availability, leadership maturity, and absolute accountability.

This is not a fixed 9-to-5 position; expect flexible hours, on-site management, and close coordination with the Private Chef and executive team to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as Villa Manager, Property Manager, Hotel Manager, or similar role.
• Proven experience managing private villas or high-end hospitality environments.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing teams of 10–20 staff.
• Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the private corporate villa.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and external vendors to keep villa fully operational.
• Manage and supervise a team of approximately 30 staff across functions.
• Ensure guest check-in/check-out, confidentiality, and exceptional service for Directors and VVIP guests.
• Oversee inventory, budgets, petty cash, invoices, and vendor payments; report basics to management.
