Job summary

PT Paradise Villas Group in Bali seeks a dynamic Villa Manager to oversee daily operations, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and uphold the highest service standards. The role involves leading villa staff, coordinating with maintenance and housekeeping, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with local hospitality regulations.

Based in Kerobokan and Seminyak, you will be active on site, handle guest inquiries in person, and contribute to training, SOPs, and career development

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Villa Manager or in a similar hospitality role.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and guest service mindset.
• Knowledge of local hospitality laws and property regulations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the villa.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences with high-quality service.
• Supervise and train villa staff to meet SOPs.

We are looking for a dynamic and personable Villa Manager (VM) to join our team and help us maintain the highest standards of customer satisfaction. We are looking for Kerobokan & Seminyak area.

Based in Kerobokan and Seminyak

Qualifications & experience

Proven experience as a Villa Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry is highly preferred.

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Ability to manage and resolve conflicts effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality service.

Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to hospitality and property management is highly preferred.

Tasks & responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of the villa.

Ensure exceptional guest experiences by providing high-quality service.

Supervise and train villa staff to ensure they meet the company standards and SOPs.

Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping teams to maintain the villa in top condition. Arrange for and oversee villa maintenance tasks.

Handle guest inquiries and complaints, mostly in person, professionally and efficiently.

Oversee inventory management and procurement of supplies.

Manage budgets and financial records related to villa operations.
