Job summary

PT. Berca Hardayaperkasa invites an RPA Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain automation solutions using UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate, aligned with business requirements and enterprise platforms.

You will analyze processes, create automation workflows, integrate with databases, APIs, and Microsoft 365, and document designs while collaborating with business analysts and developers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience as an RPA Developer, Automation Developer, or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with UiPath and/or Microsoft Power Automate.
• Good understanding of RPA development lifecycle, workflow design, debugging, and exception handling.
• Familiar with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Power Automate workflows.
• Familiarity with SQL/database, REST API, JSON, and system integration is preferred.
• Experience with Power Apps, Power BI, or Microsoft Power Platform is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
