PT. Kairos Utama Indonesia is seeking a proactive Presales/Solution Engineer to translate customer needs into robust IT solutions. You will design architectures, prepare proposals, demos, and POCs while collaborating with Sales, Solution, and Delivery teams.

You will communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, support tender processes, and help shape feasible, competitive solutions for enterprise clients in Jakarta.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Presales, Solution Engineering, Solution Architecture, or related role.
• Experience in client-facing and consultative solution development.
• Broad understanding of enterprise IT with exposure to infrastructure, cloud, and applications.
• Experience preparing technical proposals and solution architecture.
• Experience supporting product demonstrations, POCs, or technical validations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with multi-opportunity management.

Aufgaben

• Understand customer requirements and translate them into appropriate IT solutions.
• Design and develop solution architectures based on customer needs and business objectives.
• Prepare technical proposals, presentations, product demos, and Proof of Concepts (POCs).
• Work closely with Sales, Solution, and Delivery teams to develop feasible and competitive solutions.
• Support technical discussions, clarification sessions, and tender processes.
• Communicate technical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
